I cannot tell you how mind boggling I find this to be! How do the people get to the bottom? By truck? If yes then how long does it take? How was the mine dug to begin with? How can I get this information? It’s nearly incomprehensible to me that someone would be down there, all that way, and could not possible leave in a hurry. Probably reads silly but what happens if there is an emergency? The mind just goes on and on. So I am so looking forward to a reply.
Opss. My Mistake. It is actually Mir Mine (Russian: ????????????? ???????? ?????? “???”; English: kimberlite diamond pipe “Peace”) is an abandoned open pit diamond mine located in Mirny, Eastern Siberia.

2It is not Serbia, but Siberia. Two completely different countries.
